| Green View Villa is a beautiful luxury villa located on this prestigious golf course, backing onto the second green. It is no more than a 20 minute drive from Disney, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants just outside the community (within walking distance). Living Areas: The lounge with its patio doors overlooking the pool and golf course is equipped with Cable TV, DVD/CD, Playstation 2 and a selection of board games and books. There are 2 sofas one of which makes in to a queen size sleeper bed. We have a formal dining area which seats 6 and overlooks a large bay window, complete with glass chess set, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook adjacent the kitchen which has great views over the pool area and golf course. Adjacent to the nook table is an internet access point for those taking a laptop with them. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance you will need including a large cooker, microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery, Our large washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board are housed in our garage along with a stroller for our younger guests and an adjustable height high chair. Master Bedrooms: We have 2 Master Bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. We have 2 master bedroom suites. Our main master suite has patio doors giving direct access to the pool deck. This room has a walk in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space, cable television and clock radio. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, vanity basin with lights over, hairdryer and toilet. It also has a door leading directly to the pool area. Our other master bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe, plenty of drawer space, cable television and clock radio. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity basin with lights over and toilet. Other Bedrooms: Our other two bedrooms share a third bathroom, each bedroom having twin beds, cable television, large fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. Exterior: One of the main features of the villa is its superb location alongside the second green of the golf course, which means you are not overlooked, and in addition to the pool with its underwater lighting, there is a covered lanai (with suitable mood lighting for entertaining well into the evening), with sun loungers, plus a patio table and chairs for when you decide to retire by the pool. We also have a large double garage, so you don't have to go out to a baking hot car each day, and also allows you to discreetly unload and pack your car! Location & Surroundings: Southern Dunes is a lovely community set around the award winning golf course which is part residential and part rental. It is the only community that has shops, bank, hairdressers and restaurants just outside the community which is within walking distance. In addition to the facilities offered at the villa, there is a large community pool, 2 smaller pools, a children's adventure play area, two tennis courts, fishing lake and small gym. For golfers there is the golf course, pro shop and a driving range. The clubhouse bar and restaurant are open to all including children. Southern Dunes is ideally situated for all the attractions in central Florida including theme parks, gardens, beaches, malls, state parks. |
