| Southern Nights is located on the Rotonda West development on Florida's Gulf Coast. Situated between Tampa to the North and Naples to the South, this lovely area has dozens of beaches both to the West and the South. Offering 2 Master Suites, 1 double bedroom, 2 Twin bedrooms and 1 sofa bed plus 2 additional bathrooms This is a rare larger style home on the Gulf Coast. The outside of the house is in the attractive ‘Southern porch’ style. On entering the front door, you have a great room in front of you with huge glass sliding doors opening onto the lanai with extended pool and pool deck. This is a truly breathtaking house. The master suite is stunning and extremely grand. What might have been a studio has been converted into the 6th bedroom with a sofa bed which is suitable for children but not recommended for adults. The second master suite is as equally generous as the first and like the first, opens directly on the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4, a double and a twin share a bathroom Which can also be used by bedroom 5 and the studio. The fourth bathroom is a pool bath on the pool deck for the use of bathers. This large house can take a large party of up to 12 or an adult family who like to ‘spread out’ around a home. The remaining common rooms are exquisitely furnished and offer a full dining area and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and high chairs. The extended pool has the optional extra of electric heating and there are sun loungers available as well as chairs and a table for outside refreshments. The rear aspect is all important in rental homes and this house has been built with attractive rear views onto a canal with housing opposite. There are golf courses in the within the residential area. Our local management company are open from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 pm to help our guests and they also provide emergency numbers available 24/7. They are also happy to arrange for a welcome pack to be left in your home ready for your arrival. We offer free cribs and highchairs to our guests subject to availability. The owners have also provided an in-house BBQ, 2 bicycles for the use of guests, internet access and a Premier League UK football channel. |
