Situated between Tampa to the North and Naples to the South, this lovely area has dozens of beaches both to the West and the South. Offering 2 Master Suites and 2 Twin bedrooms with one additional bathroom This style of home is a popular choice for many families, especially when the party comprises two families or three generations. The reason for this becomes apparent when you look at the floor plan and realize that there are in fact 2 master suites within this home. The living area offers a sitting room with adjoining dining area. The kitchen has an area for the breakfast nook and easy access to the family room with the entertainment centre which is close to the rear of the house. Children are able to enjoy some time inside while their parents can continue to enjoy the sunshine and a glass of wine outside while still maintaining close contact between both groups. The good size pool has electric heating which is a wonderful benefit at certain times of the year and there are plenty of sun loungers available as well as chairs and a table for outside refreshments. The rear aspect is all important in rental homes and this home is built with attractive rear views onto a nature lily pond. It currently enjoys a high level of privacy with woods on the far side of the pond. The local management company is open from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 pm to help our guests and they also provide emergency numbers available 24/7. They are also happy to arrange for a welcome pack to be left in your home ready for your arrival. The owners have added an in-house BBQ for guests and we are happy to offer cribs and highchairs free of charge for the length of your stay, subject to availabilily. and whilst in Florida, you can hire barbecues and borrow highchairs and cots free of charge.
