| Boundary House is located on the Rotonda West development on Florida's Gulf Coast. Situated between Tampa to the North and Naples to the South, this lovely area has dozens of beaches both to the West and the South. This home is a good size family home which will happily accommodate up to eight people with differing requirements! Offering just under 2,500 sq ft of living space and a total area of nearly 3,200 sq ft this house impresses from the moment you set eyes on it. The four bedrooms comprise two master suites, one at each end of the house and a further two bedrooms. The front of the house is marked by the 3 windows which allow light to flood into the living room. As you walk in the front door, the entrance hallway allows you a view to the left of the living room which is light and airy and the dining room beyond. This open plan area gives an overall feeling of space. In the dining room, you have big glass sliding doors with access to the pool and lanai and to the left you will find the door leading to the impressive 1st master suite. This big room comfortably takes a king size bed and also has french doors leading directly onto the lanai. The en-suite has a shower, toilet, his and hers vanity unit and bath. There is ample storage available with two walk-in cupboards in the corridor which leads from the 1st master bedroom to the bathroom. At the centre of the house, you will find the well-equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is also an area towards the back of the kitchen known as the breakfast ‘nook’. Beyond the kitchen, the family room is home to the entertainment centre so that younger members of the household can enjoy the television or some music and still remain close to the other members of the family. A corridor leads to the back of the house where you will find the 2nd master en-suite and two further double bedrooms, usually with twin beds which share the 3rd bathroom. At the front of the house, you have direct access to the double garage and the laundry room, fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and general cleaning equipment.
