| Rivendell is located on the Rotonda West development on Florida's Gulf Coast. Situated between Tampa to the North and Naples to the South, this lovely area has dozens of beaches both to the West and the South. This home has many upgrades as standard and some excellent design features. As you walk in the front door, the hallway is wide with a triple glass front panel door. This opens into the living room which is light and airy with one big window and two slanted smaller windows looking to the front of the house. As your gaze sweeps around you notice the passageway leading off the bedrooms 2 and 3 (both with walk-in closets) and the second bathroom which has a bath and overhead shower. The main living areas are carpeted, but tiling is used to cover the main walkways. Moving on again, your eye is drawn to the dining area and the French windows which lead out onto the lanai. This area is quite open plan with a breakfast bar separating the dining room from the kitchen. There is a nook in the kitchen with room for a table and chairs set into an alcove overlooking the lanai and pool area. The kitchen has granite worktops and solid wood units. The kitchen is well supplied with ‘white’ goods such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooker. This beautifully, well designed and well lit kitchen is popular with cooks! On the opposite side of the house to bedrooms 2 and 3 you will find the laundry room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer and the generous double garage. On this side of the house, you will also find the very pretty master suite. Two full length windows give this room plenty of light and there is an ample size walk-in wardrobe. The master bathroom is luxurious with marble tops to the units, solid wood cabinets and a garden tub as well as a walk in shower and toilet. The his and hers basins offer the finishing touch to a bathroom which echoes the quality found in the rest of this pretty home. Outside, the lanai and pool deck area contain an electrically heated pool. The whole outdoor area is screened by a pool cage to prevent all but the smallest flying insects from entering the area at the back of the house. The landscaping is particularly pretty with plenty of palm trees which add both interest and additional screening giving good privacy to the lanai area.
