| Beulah is located on the Rotonda West development on Florida's Gulf Coast. Situated between Tampa to the North and Naples to the South, this lovely area has dozens of beaches both to the West and the South. Our home offers 1 Master Suite, 1 Double and 1 Twin, with one additional bathroom, a private pool and Jacuzzi. Beulah offers very good accommodation and is a true ‘family home’. With a master suite on one side of the house with a sumptuous bathroom and 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom on the opposite side of the house, this home offers particularly spacious living. The family area is just as impressive with a lounge, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook and family room making it a really generous size 3 bed home. The good size pool and jacuzzi have electric heating and there are plenty of sun loungers available as well as a full set of outside furniture. The rear aspect is over a small lake with houses on the opposite bank. Our local management company is open from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 pm to help our guests and they also provide emergency numbers available 24/7. They are also happy to arrange for a welcome pack to be left in your home ready for your arrival. The owners have equipped this house with several thoughtful additional features which include 4 bicycles and a BBQ for the use of guests. Cribs and highchairs are provided free of charge subject to availablity. Free golf for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged under 14 years. The owners will pay for unlimited golf on 4 courses on rotonda. All you pay is a kart fee and a weekly $50 admin fee. Please contact us for more details. |
