Situated between Tampa to the North and Naples to the South, this lovely area has dozens of beaches both to the West and the South. Waterside has been very tastefully decorated and benefits from 1 Master Suite, 1 Double and 1 Twin, with one additional bathroom. It has a private pool with electric heating which is a joy in the winter months. This home offers very good accommodation and is equipped to offer excellent accommodation for families and single couples. The master suite is set on one side of the house and has a sumptuous bathroom and the 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bedroom share a bathroom on the other side of the house. This customised home offers particularly spacious living. The living area is just as impressive with a lounge, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook and family room making it one of the more generous 3 bed homes available. The good size pool has electric heating and there are sun loungers available as well as a good range of pool furniture. The rear of our home looks out over a quiet canal which is good for both fishing and bird watching. There is excellent golf in the area with 6 courses within the residential area and over 30 courses within a 15 mile radius of our home. Our local management company are open from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 pm to help our guests and they also provide emergency numbers available 24/7. Our management company are also happy to pre-book golf for our visitors. They will arrange for a welcome pack to be left in your home ready for your arrival. We also provide free cribs and highchairs subject to availability. The owners have also provided an in-house BBQ and 2 bicycles for the use of guests during their stay. |
