Our Great Room style home has excellent accommodation comprising 1 Master Suite, 1 Double and 1 Twin sharing an additional bathroom which also gives access to the pool area.
Our home is a Great Room style home. The Kitchen area is generous with a good eating area. The main part of the home is one large room which stretches from the front of the house right to the back where sliding glass doors give access to the pool. This is an unusual and attractive floridian home.
The good size pool has electric heating and there are plenty of chairs and sun loungers for those wanting to enjoy the warmth and the sun. The rear aspect is always important and this house has been positioned on a quiet canal which offers good fishing and plenty of wildlife.
Our local management company are open from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 pm to help our guests with friendly local knowledge and they are also able to pre-book games of golf for our visitors, often at preferential rates. They will arrange for a welcome pack to be left in your home ready for your arrival and whilst in Florida, you can hire barbecues and borrow highchairs and cots free of charge. All these items are subject to availability.
