| Sandpiper is located on the Rotonda West development on Florida's Gulf Coast. Situated between Tampa to the North and Naples to the South, this lovely area has dozens of beaches both to the West and the South. Sandpiper is a popular rental home having completed in 2005 and offering light, airy colors and pretty furnishing. The home offers one Master Suite, one Double and one Twin, with one additional bathroom which can also be accessed from the pool area. A spacious home which offers very good accommodation and is a true ‘family home’. With a master suite on one side of the house with a sumptuous bathroom and 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom on the opposite side of the house, this home also offers particularly well planned living space. The family area is impressive with a lounge, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook and family room. This family room also houses the entertainment centre which means that if younger members of the party want to be inside for a while, the adults can still enjoy the warmth and fresh air without feeling too isolated from their children. The good size pool has electric heating and there are sun loungers available as well as chairs and a table for outside refreshments. The rear aspect is very attractive, backing onto a wide canal and it is south rear facing. Our local management company are open from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 pm to help our guests with friendly local knowledge and they are also able to pre-book the first games of golf for those wishing to enjoy the sport whilst in Florida. Rotonda itself has 6 courses, but a further 24 courses are located within a 15 mile radius. They are happy to arrange for a welcome pack to be left in your home ready for your arrival. We also offer the free use of good quality cribs and highchairs subject to availability. The owners have provided 2 bicycles and an in-house BBQ for the use of guests during their stay. |
