| Welcome to our beautiful home in Naples. Bright, spacious and decorated to the highest standard. Double doors open into the formal living and dining area with it's cathederal height ceiling with a balcony looking over from the upper level. Next it is through to the large kitchen, fully equipped for your use, including a further breakfast dining area, with table and four chairs, and counter seating. This overlooks the family room, with multi-channel cable, DVD and Hi-Fi. Both rooms lead out onto the large lanai and extra sized pool 28'x14' with stunning views over the lake.Luscious planting both enhances the view and gives extra privacy, you are not overlooked at all. We also have a Guest suite downstairs, with queen size bed and full bathroom. The fully equipped laundry room and double garage complete downstairs. Upstairs we have a further living room with large corner seating unit incorporating a queen size pull out bed. T.V with DVD and plenty of books and games are also here for your enjoyment. The Master suite has a king size four poster bed, T.V, telephone and a spacious en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity units, corner bath and large walk-in shower. Leading off from the en-suite is a spacious walk-in wardrobe. Also to be found upstairs are two further twin bedrooms and the third bathroom. What more could you wish for, a vacation rental that feels like home the minute you walk through the door. Relax by the pool watching the sunset as the ducks paddle by. Also included is use of the onsite clubhouse. This offers two tennis courts,(we have provided two tennis raquets for your use), kiddies play area, pool, aerobics and water aerobics classes, ladies Mah Jong evening, Poker evening, card room, library, gym, pool tables(again we have provided a pool que for your use), Sunday evening movie show in the balroom. All this within walking distance. |
