Our single storey villa overlooks a green conservation area including pinewoods and is adjoined solely by single storey properties ensuring the advantage of attracting sun all day. Our friendly management company's offices are situated 2 minutes away from where they can supply up to date information on attractions and also complimentary internet and email access for our guests. They also provide 24 hour on-call service giving you total peace of mind. Your spacious fully air-conditioned accommodation comprises - Master Suites The 2 large Master Suites are furnished and decorated to a very high standard, one with a four poster bed and the other with a sledge bed. Both are en-suite and have large walk-in wardrobe closets. Each has direct pool access and can be truly called master suites, so being ideal for 2 families - ensuring no arguments on your arrival! Twin Bedrooms The 2 Twin Bedrooms are equally spacious having ample storage space including built-in wardrobe closets. Furnished to an equally high standard, one has a subtle Disney theme. They share a third full bathroom located between them. All 4 bedrooms have cable television, and all linens and towels are provided. Hair-dryers are provided in the Master Suites. A cot (crib) is provided free of charge for our younger guests. Family Room The large Family Room has triple patio doors giving beatiful pinewood views beyond the deck and pool area which they give access to. A full entertainment package is provided - cable TV; DVD; VCR and Hi-Fi - together with quality furnishings and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Kitchen A Breakfast Bar separates the Family Room from the spacious open-plan Kitchen. This has everything you could possibly need during your stay including – American sized fridge-freezer with built-in ice-maker, flat-top range style oven and hob, dishwasher, large built-in microwave and a full range of utensils, cutlery and crockery. A separate Utility Room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Dining Areas You are spoilt for choice! Aside from the Breakfast Bar, there is a formal Dining Room and also a Dining Nook adjoining the kitchen – both with tables and chairs. A high chair is provided free of charge for your use. If you prefer al fresco dining, we have equipped the covered lanai with table and chairs and even a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Games Room A notable feature of our villa and a hit with all ages. It includes a full size professional pool table, mountain bikes, darts, table football and numerous games and books for the whole family. Pool Area When you can finally drag yourself away from all of this, outdoors is where we all want to be in Florida and our pool area is the perfect place for this. With there being no rear neighbours our villa has the advantage of not being overlooked, instead enjoying beautiful pinewood views. Housing a large screened "L shaped" pool, we have also had the pool deck extended to ensure room for all, and supply a range of furniture including padded sunloungers. An external shower helps keep you cool. Both the pool itself and lanai have lighting for use after dark. All internal doors leading to the pool area have alarms fitted to ensure your children’s safety. A built-in barbecue (charcoal) adjoins the deck area. You may choose to swim, sunbathe, cool down under the shaded lanai, relax with a drink after a hard day in the theme parks or indeed all of the above!
