| Everglade House is located on the Rotonda West development on Florida's Gulf Coast. Situated between Tampa to the North and Naples to the South, this lovely area has dozens of beaches both to the West and the South. This stunning home has been chosen for its peaceful location backing onto a private and secluded lake. The house comes with an electrically heated pool and is furnished to the very highest standard by one of the top local interior design companies. Decorated in the softest beige colors, aubergine, eggplant and seige green, the decor is utterly relaxing. With two master suites which both have access to the lanai and two further bedrooms which each have 2 twin beds, the house is spacious and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 8 people. The living accommodation is equally generous with a family room which has a well equipped entertainment center with a 32' TV, DVD and VCR, books, games and videos. The family room is situated next to the very well equipped kitchen which also has a breakfast nook area. The more formal living and dining areas are a quiet sanctuary for reading a good book or enjoying quiet conversation. The lanai is accessible from both master suites, the 3rd bathroom, the kitchen and the dining room. It is spacious and has a large table and 8 chairs for outside dining. The owners have also provided sun loungers. The electrically heated pool overlooks a lake with trees on the far bank giving an unusually high level of privacy to the occupants. The pool also has a removable baby barrier for additional safety. The owners have thoughtfully provided several extra's including 2 bicycles, an in-house BBQ and high speed wireless internet access. Our local Management Company are excellent and provide a 24 hour emergency service for our guests as well as offering the facility to pre-order a 'grocery list' to avoid the necessity for shopping on your arrival. Please ask us for details. We are also happy to provide cribs and highchairs free of charge subject to availability. We offer a baby sitting service and a taxi service for those who want to enjoy a meal out without having to drive. We can also pre-book your first couple of games of golf prior to your arrival and we can arrange boat trips if required. Welcome to Florida! |
