| Living Area There are three main living areas. The living room, family room and the den, which is upstairs. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a busy day at the attractions. Adjacent to the living room is the family room which has a TV with cable for your enjoyment. There is plenty of seating for everyone to spread out and relax. Bedrooms The accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms with a fantastic master suite as well as 2 further en-suite double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Grand double doors welcome you to the main Master Bedroom which houses a wonderful 4 poster bed. The first floor den has the benefit of a GAMES AREA for your family to make use of. In addition to the en-suite bathrooms there is another master bathroom and toilet, giving 4.5 bathrooms in total. 4 out of the 5 bedrooms have large walk-in closets for your personal belongings. Kitchen The kitchen and dining area are adjacent to the living area, so there is no need to be separated from family and friends. The kitchen overlooks the pool and leads out to the covered patio so that you will still be part of the fun and excitement as you potter around the kitchen island The dining area has a dining table that seats 8 and there is also another table with 6 chairs in the breakfast "nook". If you want to get a head start and get to the theme parks early, you have the option to cater for yourselves with a fully equipped kitchen with all the items you would find at home such as a toaster, microwave, full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, ice maker, coffee machine & blender. In fact, everything you need is provided, enough to cater for 12 people. If you don’t fancy catering for yourself you can eat out at one of the many local restaurants or even have it delivered. Pool Area The villa comes with its own 28 x 14 feet pool, which can be heated (at an extra cost) as well as a larger than normal deck surrounding the pool. The pool / deck area is south facing and comes complete with patio furniture and sun loungers to make the most of the Florida sunshine. The pool overlooks a conservation area ensuring pleasant views and privacy. A barbecue is provided for those entertaining evenings at home. The decking is extended and music can be played out across the pool. The pool is lit at night which is most serene.
