| Our home is situated in the completed, gated community of Sanctuary Westhaven. Our home is an executive villa furnished to the highest standard. It comprises of a Master Bedroom, which has an en-suite with walk in shower and full size bath, the second double bedroom also has an en-suite, with the other two rooms being twin rooms which share the remaining bathroom, all bedrooms have DV/TVs, there is also a formal living room and dining area. Our air conditioned home has its own heated pool (charged separately) and spa. Although pool heat is not essential most of the year it can on occasion, prove to be most welcome during the sometimes cooler winter months. The pool looks out onto the Florida orange groves For the comfort and safety of all guests there is a no smoking policy within the villa.
