| The villa has recently been refurbished inside to a higher standard than normal for a holiday home and yet is still competitively priced.There are 2 lounges with the main lounge housing a 32" T.V. & video/dvd machine with cable T.V.The second lounge has a double sofa bed and is ideal for a relaxing read. The huge master bedroom features an en-suite with bath & walkin shower,his & hers vanity units,his & hers walkin closets and patio doors leading onto the lanai & pool area. There is a further double bedroom with queen size bed and then a twin bedded room both sharing a bathroom with bath & overhead shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins two dining areas,one formal and one breakfast area. There is a seperate utility room with seperate washer,dryer and ironing facilities. Outside we have a screened pool and lanai area with table,chairs & sunloungers plus a gas barbeque for those alfresco dining evenings.Beautiful gardens compliment the front & rear of the villa. |
