| Our Villa is situated at Cypress Creek, which is a peaceful and pleasant residential area off Osceola Parkway and just a few minutes from Orange Blossom Trail and Gatorland. Lounge - We have a modern spacious lounge, which is fully furnished to a high standard benefiting from cable TV and carpets throughout. There is a queen sofa bed and for added comfort a ceiling fan. Leading from the patio doors is the large swimming pool and patio area. The lake beyond can be viewed inside or outside the lounge making a very relaxing setting after a hard day at the sights. There are comfortable sun lounges and patio furniture and the pool also benefits from solar heating during the cooler months at no extra cost and is fully screened for your comfort. Dining – just off the lounge is the dining area, which is furnished to a high standard. Kitchen / breakfast area - fully equipped with all appliances which include a large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffer machine, large cooker and dishwasher. For your added convenience, there is a telephone in the kitchen area, which is available for incoming and local outgoing telephone calls at no extra charge, International calls can be made with the use of a credit card. We have a separate utility room which houses the large washing machine and tumble dryer and access can also be made to the double garage. Master Bedroom - very spacious, queen-sized bed, cable TV and a ceiling fan for added comfort together with a en suite bathroom with a double walk in shower. The pool can also be accessed from the master bedroom via the patio doors. Bedroom 2 has a double and single bed (providing choice) and bedroom 3 has 2 twin (single) beds. Both bedrooms share the adjoining bathroom and toilet facilities. Bath and pool towels are provided. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes including coat hangers with ample draw and storage space. |
