| Sunset Lakes is a quiet, small Gated Community 5 minutes from Disney World, behind Splendid China on Hwy 192. This Executive development has many features including 2 fishing lakes, a gazebo, and communal pool with cabana and children’s play area. The conservation area surrounding Sunset Lakes is home to a variety of birds and wildlife! Golf enthusiasts will find several courses within close proximity. Our single storey villa is fully air conditioned and furnished to executive standard throughout, with 2 Master Suites and 2 Twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The spacious family room, dining room and kitchen are open-plan. The family room has Cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD and stereo. 2 sofas, one converts to a Queen-size sleeper. The adjoining dining room has sliding doors to outside patio dining area. The large Master Bedroom includes a King-size bed, cable TV, VCR, phone, clock, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. Large sliding doors exit out into the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a large walk-in shower and separate Roman style oval tub. Bedroom Two at the front of the house has uninterrupted views across the lake. It has a Queen-size bed, cable TV, VCR fitted closet, drawer unit. The en-suite bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. Bedrooms Three and Four have twin beds, fitted closets, drawer unit and share a separate full bathroom. The Kitchen has breakfast bar and every major appliance. The separate laundry room houses washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are supplied. Hairdryers are in all the bathrooms. All baby equipment is supplied at no extra cost. Sliding door to pool area is alarmed. BBQ Grill is also supplied at no extra charge. The Pool area has covered lanai with table and chairs and a ceiling fan. The deck has shower and sun beds, accessible by sliding doors from the master bedroom, dining and family room. Our fully screened private heated pool has underwater coloured lighting, making night swimming inviting! The extended corner lot has established tropical landscaping and palm trees providing total privacy. |
