Our lovely new 4 bedroomed family vacation villa is situated on the prestigious gated community of Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course. We love to sit and relax with a long drink out on our south facing extra large pool deck watching the sun setting over the 4th fairway. We have beautiful views over the rolling dunes of the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course.
Our beautifully furnished villa places the kitchen centrally with one lounge overlooking our crystal blue pool and our second lounge and formal dining area is to the front of our villa. This allows for 2 families to easily share our home whilst also afforing privacy. We provide cable TV, a DVD player and a PS2. We also provide a cot and highchair for our little guests.
The Clubhouse at Southern Dunes has an excellent restaurant and bar and golf shop. Besides Golf, our Estate also boasts tennis, a gym, lake, bike paths and much more!
Within 5 minutes of our villa are restaurants, banks, Blockbuster Video and of course Wal-Mart!
Take a comfortable 15 minute drive through the Florida countryside and you will be ready to shop 'till you drop and have all the fun the Disney Parks offer. |
