| My Villa is located 1.5 miles north of the 192 on US27 and is only 10 minutes away from Disney. This spacious luxury fully air-conditioned villa is in a quiet desirable area of Glenbrook, Clermont. This fabulous villa is furnished in Floridian style with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master Bedroom is a fully furnished king-sized bedroom, ceiling fan, spacious closets, cable television, telephone and ensuite bathroom. Second Bedroom is a fully furnished double bedroom, spacious closets, cable television,ceiling fan Third bedroom is a fully furnished twin bedroom, spacious closets, cable television Fourth Bedroom has twin beds spacious closets, chest of drawers, cable television, All four rooms are supplied with bed linen as are both bathrooms supplied with towels. The living Area The spacious living room comfortable hosts a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa so plenty of room for the family to watch the Cable T.V. and D.V.D. Player that is provided for your use. A ceiling fan for extra comfort on a hot Florida day. There is a seperate area for dining. Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen, including built-in microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer, telephone (all local calls are free), cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups, utensils are provided, raised bar area for breakfasting. Private Pool and Spa My Villa has its own screened 26 x 13 designer swimming pool with screen enclosure and jacuzzi spa for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own home. It is recommended that you purchase pool and spa heating from October - March at an extra charge of £75 / $125 per week. The pool area has a sundeck, complete with patio dining furniture, ideal for breakfasting after a morning swim. There are loungers for Relaxing and sunbathing. In the same shopping area there is a great pizza store and they do deliver! On the 192 there are a couple of shopping areas containing large "Publix" supermarkets that contain deli's etc. and also stock a range of English favourites.
