| Our beautiful home is superbly furnished in elegant Floridian style and is set on a larger than average corner plot, surrounded by pine trees and orange groves. Its fully air-conditioned and offers excellent facilities for those looking for a Dream Holiday Home. Close to all the major attractions, Disney World only 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, Restaurants, First Class Shopping and Entertainment are all within 25 minutes. The Gulf and Atlantic coasts are just a 75 minute drive. The property covers over 3,000 square feet and comprises, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,(Master Suite with ensuite, a further double bedded room and 3 twin rooms, large family room, separate dining room, breakfast nook, laundry room, (fantastic games room from September 2004). Our home combines comfort, luxury, privacy and value for money. Built to the highest standard, we have everything you need to ensure your stay with us will be a 'Holiday to remember'. This single storey villa is suitable for the disabled and the elderly. The 14' x 28' swimming pool is set in a 26' x 52' extended deck area. We have a covered porch area to offer cooler retreats from the heat of the mid-day sun. There is a bar by the pool, six superb luxury sun loungers and patio furniture to match. Our in-house entertainment comprises; Satelite TV's, CD/DVD player, VCR and PlayStation 2. The new games room will have pool, table tennis and dart board facilities. The large family room has a cathedral ceiling and comprises; 2 and 3 seater sofas, chair, coffee tables with lamps. Double patio doors lead out onto the pool area. The Master Suite has the added benefit of an American King Size bed with its own ensuite bathroom. This has a corner bath, free standing shower unit and two separate vanity units offering that little extra luxury. The room has its own patio doors leading onto the pool area. It has a dressing table/mirror and TV. The second double room comes complete with dressing table/mirror with bedside tables and lamps. Excellent storage facilities in all rooms. Linen and towels are provided for all the rooms. We have a beautiful cot for children under 5 years. The Dining Room is elegantly furnished and has seating for 6 people. The dining chairs and table from the Breakfast Nook can be utilised to allows seating for up to 10 people. The beautifully designed open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice making facility, microwave, hob, oven, toaster and coffee maker. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. The 3 twin bedded rooms are all beautifully decorated and colour co-ordinated. For families needing an additional double room with ensuite facility, then we are more than happy to convert the rear twin room to suit your needs. Although the villa is fully air-conditioned, all our bedrooms have the added benefit of ceiling fans for extra comfort should you need it. The 2 further bathrooms are fully equipped with wash basins with mirror, showers over baths, extraction fans and toilets. Our home is located just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 50 minutes from Sanford Airport. |
