| Our luxury, air conditioned villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and will sleep up to 10 people. It is meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival, furnished to a very high standard and provides ‘home from home’ comfort. Enjoy Florida’s glorious climate by the private, south facing, fully screened 30’ x 15’ pool. The pool, which backs onto an open, landscaped area, can be both heated, and lit. This combined with patio lights, allows the luxury of swimming in the evening – an excellent way to wind down after a busy day! With only one neighbour, you’ll find the tranquil surroundings relaxing, whether you are sitting under the covered, shaded area, or lounging on the furniture on the patio that surrounds the pool. It’s also a great place to have a BBQ. The living and dining areas are spacious. The living area, ideal for relaxing in comfort, overlooks the pool and patio. It is tastefully furnished with sofas, with 1 converting into a double bed. This deluxe, en-suite master bedroom has direct access through patio doors onto the covered porch/pool. It has a queen size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a large chest of drawers and remote control colour T.V.. Additionally, it has the benefit of a walk-in closet providing ample space for luggage and clothes. The en-suite bathroom is complete with WC, shower and vanity unit, and has access to the pool area. The second master bedroom overlooks the front garden and also provides the luxury of en-suite facilities. It has a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is complete with WC, shower/bath and vanity unit. There are 2 further bedrooms, providing twin beds, cabinets and built-in wardrobes. The third bathroom is complete with WC, bath/shower, vanity unit and storage cupboard. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. We have excellent facilities for evening relaxation in our games room. These include a pool table, table tennis, hockey and an electronic darts board. A Play Station 2 console is provided in the living area. Full range of baby facilities including a high chair, cot, pushchair, baby seat for pool and baby monitors which can be used outside on the pool deck. All doors leading the pool are fitted with alarms. Discounts available for late (less than 1 month), early (more than 12 maonths), re-bookings or referrals and bookings of three weeks or more. Please note if your stay is less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of $80 is added. The price includes all taxes. Pool heat is available at $55 per week, and can be reserved at the time of booking, or paid to our management company while you are in Florida.
