[NOTE - MOST NO-SMOKING VILLAS SIMPLY REQUEST THAT THEIR GUESTS ONLY SMOKE ON THE POOL DECK] Caribbean Dream is an executive villa, situated on a quiet and pleasant development, which is now completed - not a building site. It is located at the prestigious and sought- after Davenport end of the 192, at the junction of the 27, away from the crowds at Kissimmee, yet only 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and just over an hour from the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches, or the stunning Atlantic beaches. It is ideally situated, just 10 minutes from Disney, and close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Within a short walking distance there is a mini-market, and a wonderful new bakery with its own restaurant. Fully air conditioned, our luxurious home is bright and airy, with vaulted ceilings which add to its feeling of spaciousness. With over 2,000 sq. ft. of space you will have plenty of room to spread out. Added to this you will be able to enjoy one of the largest pools available. Our magnificent, custom built 30 x 15 swimming pool is fully enclosed to keep out flying insects whilst allowing the beautiful Florida sunshine to pour in. With its privacy wall and no villas overlooking us to the rear, plus no pools on any side, you will not be overlooked whilst you swim or sunbathe on the sunny pool deck. Step down into its crystal clear,sparkling water and enjoy the luxury of your own private pool. At night, why not swim in its floodlit waters as you gaze up to the stars? Optional pool heating is available, of course, and we also have a pool cover to maintain the temperature - essential in the cooler months. The large, sunny, extended pool deck is furnished with luxury pool furniture, comprising table, chairs and sunbeds. Everything is provided for your comfort and relaxation. A brand new luxury BBQ/Grill has just been installed for you to enjoy an informal meal. Because you are not surrounded by dozens of other villas with their pool enclosures either inches away or behind a fence, you will not be disturbed by the noise that close proximity generates. LANAI Our shady lanai provides the perfect spot to cool down, or eat al fresco, whilst watching one of those magical Florida sunsets. If the noonday sun gets a little too hot for you, then take a break in the shade. And if there is a shower or two, you can still enjoy the fresh air in comfort. Our beautiful villa is close enough to Disney to allow you to go back to the villa at any time, to chill out, swim, relax and re-charge the batteries, before returning to enjoy the stunning firework or laser displays in the evening. Our location means that you can avoid the busy Interstate 4 road, so that you will not spend your time sitting in the car in a traffic jam - local roads will take you speedily to the parks. HERE ARE JUST SOME OF THE FEATURES YOU WILL ENJOY SPACIOUS FULLY TILED ENTRANCE HALL. As soon as you walk into the spacious, cool, tiled hall you will feel at home. The mat, with its Caribbean palm tree design, says it all - 'WELCOME! WE KNOW YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR STAY!' GREAT ROOM Lounge This very large, spacious open-plan living area, with vaulted ceilings, provides a comfortable lounge where you can relax after a busy day at the parks, or shopping. With its sofa and love seat, occassional tables, and lamps it is elegantly welcoming There is an entertainment centre with large screen cable TV, video, CD player with MP3 player, radio and hi-fi, or maybe you would like to read a book from our extensive library. A video shop is just 2 minutes away, for your convenience, so you can watch the latest video ahead of their release in the UK - although with all that Orlando has to offer we doubt that you will want to be spending too much time watching the television! FORMAL DINING AREA A beautiful formal dining area, where you can dine in style, seats 6 and overlooks the pool. A large patio door leads out onto the covered lanai and sunny pool deck. Importantly, this door is alarmed for your peace of mind and the childrens safety, and complies with Florida State Law. KITCHEN The spacious luxury kitchen has a sunny breakfast nook, seating 4. It is equipped with every modern appliance to make your life easy - large cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, waste disposal unit etc. Plenty of china, glassware and cutlery, as well as cooking utensils and saucepans, can be found in the numerous cupboards. Whether you want to cook a gourmet meal or a simple snack, you will find everything you need. Because it is our home, you will find many little extras and thoughtful touches, such as a cool box to take to the parks, which our guests appreciate. BREAKFAST NOOK Seating 4, this area provides a sunny place to enjoy your breakfast, after your early morning dip. UTILITY AREA Tucked away, you will find a huge American washer, and a tumble drier, together with iron and ironing board. MASTER SUITE Leading off the lounge, through double doors, is the spacious master suite, with its comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, cable TV, telephone, hairdryer, Sony clock radio and vaulted ceiling. EN-SUITE MATER BATHROOM The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a Roman bath, walk-in shower, twin basins and vanitory unit with Hollywood style spotlights and mirrored wall. It is tastefully decorated with a unique nautical theme, and is spacious and elegant. There is an abundance of fluffy towels, plenty of storage space for all your toiletries, and of course, a hairdryer for your use. DOUBLE BEDROOM - THE NEW LILAC ROOM This large, second double bedroom overlooks the front garden, and has a comfortable double bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror, and large double closet, with plenty of space for all your belongings. Recently completely redecorated this pretty lilac room is a peaceful retreat after a busy day at the parks, or out shopping. THE TWIN SUNSHINE ROOM This bright and sunny room with vaulted ceiling has two comfortable beds, nightstand, dresser, mirror and double closest with plenty of hangers and storage space. TWIN DISNEY BEDROOM This stunning NEW Disney-themed room will delight the children, and the young at heart. It has Disney pictures on the wall, Disney decorated furniture, and Mickey and Minnie sitting on the beds to greet them. There is a library of books for the children, which includes all the Disney favourites, plus a spacious closet, nightstand and chest of drawers. The bedside lamp can be dimmed to 3 different levels in case your child likes a night-light for security. FAMILY BATHROOM A further luxury bathroom provides a bath, shower, and mirrored vanitory unit with spotlights over, plus plenty of storage space for all your toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. DOUBLE GARAGE This large, integral double garage completes the property, and is big enough for the largest car or minivan. OUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY The whole is beautifully maintained by our friendly management company, who are there to help and advise you. In the unlikely event that you have a problem, they can be contacted 24 hours a day.For the third year running, they have maintained their prestigious position at the top of the 2003 Property Management Honor Roll, one of only 4 companies to do so, and the only company to maintain its position for another year. GOLF COURSES Perhaps a round of golf on our ON-SITE EXECUTIVE 9 HOLE GOLF COURSE is your pleasure? Not only is there golf available, for a small fee, on site, but we are close to numerous top golf courses. LOCAL AMENITIES Just 2 minutes away on the 192 is a well-stocked Publix supermarket, stocking everything you could require, including a special area for the Brits, containing all our favourite brands. A shopping plaza alongside provides video shop, hairdressers, Medical Centre (we hope you wont need it but its really convenient if you do), Papa John's takeaway who will deliver delicious freshly made pizzas to your door, and a library where you can borrow books and videos, or use the internet free each day. A new Publix supermarket has been opened just 2 minutes away down Highway 27, and it, too, has a plaza of shops which includes a pizza take-away. At the entrance to Esprit there is a fantstic new bakery which sells a range of freshly baked, mouthwatering pastries and breads, and has a delightful restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or a snack. For your convenience there is a gas station with mini-market stocking all the basics, Subway, and Bank at the entrance to our community, and within walking distance. Whatever you want to do, CARIBBEAN DREAM VILLA is the perfect base for your dream Florida vacation. Just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and just over an hour from the Gulf or Atlantic beaches, there is so much to do.
