| Vacation Rental Description This luxury villa was built in 2003. Bedrooms and Bathrooms. The main master suite has a King bed, large walkin closet with en suite bathroom featuring a full size polystone bath and huge walk in shower with his & hers wash basins. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. Third and Fourth bedrooms featuring a pair of twin beds and share a large guest bathroom. All bedrooms have large closets, bedside table, lamps, complete set of bedding and fans. Family Areas. There is a luxurious formal lounge and dining room are to the left as you walk in through the front door. To the right is a family room with stereo, cable TV and video/DVD player. Telephones in the master bedroom second bedroom and kitchen area are included Catering Facilities. The kitchen includes everything you could need with microwave oven, ceramic top cooker, huge fridge with icemaker and top grade accessories. Kitchen also has a large breakfast bar with stools. Full laundry facilities, with washing machine, dryer and wash sink. Pool Details. The private, electric heated pool is south facing so the sun is shining all day. It is in a screened area with a large deck, barbeque, patio table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool deck looks out over the lawn and down to the water way of the Rotonda canal. Vacation Rental Amenities Everything is included in this property, from lineens and towels to cutlery and BBQ.
