The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, one bedside table, and closet space. The guest bathroom has a walk in shower, single sink and vanity area. The laundry room comes complete with full-sized washer and dryer, large storage area, and ironing board. The pool area has table and seating for six peopl plus four sun loungers. Vacation Rental Amenities Minuetes away from both Boca Grande and Englewood beaches, the villa is perfectly situated. Shops are within a two minuete drive and the center of town is only 5 miles away. The villa is surrounded by 72 holes of golf all within the rotonda area, and looks out onto the Links golf course to the rear of the property. There are also tennis courts and recreational parks near by. Within driving distance are several shopping malls and discount outlets. Orlando is only two and half hours away to the north east and the Florida Keys are four hours away to the south west. |
