| Our villa is ideally located on Indian Creek, which is only 10 minutes from the main gate at Disney, just off highway 192. Situated on a large corner plot, our five bedroom, four bathroom (two master suites) villa will accommodate a large group or two-three families with all the luxury you would expect. A 36ft screened pool with a spa, which is fully fenced for complete privacy. The patio is furnished with comfortable sun loungers, tables and chairs for dining alfresco. South-westerly facing garden so you benefit from the sunshine all day. Inside you will find a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings that create a light and airy feel to the house. For entertainment we have cable television, DVD Player, CD/Stereo. We also have a selection of DVD's, CD's books and games. In the Games Room you will find a Table Tennis Table, Table Football and an Electronic Dartboard. In the two master suites and the third double bedroom are colour TV's and ceiling fans for those warm Floridian nights. Towels are provided for all bathrooms (for villa use only - guests to provide their own beach towels for the Water Parks) All bathrooms have hairdryers. In the kitchen and dining area you will find all the appliances you could wish for. A separate laundry room, which benefits from a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. If you are travelling with young children we also have cots, highchairs, pushchairs (Free of Charge)and a selection of books and toys available. For your comfort the pool can be heated at an additional cost, which is a prime position for relaxing after a long day at the parks (with a glass of wine of course!) The Indian Creek development offers communal facilities, tennis courts, basketball court, soccer field, putting green and a children's playground. For the golfers, there are two excellent courses nearby and a host of restaurants and shops. The villa has a No Smoking Policy.
