| Our villa is luxuriously furnished to accommodate up to 10 guests at any time, and enjoys four excellent sized bedrooms, one ensuite double room, another double room and two further twin rooms which all share another beautiful bathroom. Meals for all can easily be accommodated within the spacious kitchen, which has an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Once meals have been prepared they can be enjoyed within either of the breakfast or formal dining areas, which are situated close to the kitchen. The spacious lounge is fully equipped with cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo system and a selection of family board games. All laundry requirements can be easily accommodated as we have both a washing machine and tumble dryer within the villa. Finally, to ensure total relaxation why not kick back during the day or evening beside the private pool which backs onto gorgeous conservation views to ensure both privacy and total relaxation. Or why not make use of the spa to help massage away a hard days work on the golf course. Florida has excellent weather all year round, with cheaper flights from the UK generally being available within the mid-low season between November – March. The Highlands reserve golf course was designed by Michael Dasher in 1998, and measures in at 6673 yards, and carries a course / slope rating of 72.1 / 118. The golf here is excellent and with the villa being based within the golf community, you are ideally situated for a golfing holiday. All rental rates indicated below are inclusive of Florida taxes, and are based upon a seven night stay. Prices for all lengths of stay can be calculated upon request. Payment can be made by personal cheque and reservations will be confirmed once a deposit for 30% of the full cost of the holiday has been received. Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to commencement of your stay with us, and we are unable to refund deposits if a cancellation is made two months prior to commencement of your stay with us. Our management company are also able to arrange a variety of welcome packs including food and refreshments to kick start your stay in Florida. Contents and prices of these packs are available upon request. A concierge service is also operated by the management company, which can arrange discounted tickets for all attractions within the area. Sorry, no smoking or pets will be allowed. |
