It has two sofas to sit on, one of which is a queen sleeper to accommodate two guests if needed.Plus 2 T.V. Recliner Rocking Chairs. The family room adjoins the kitchen area and breakfast nook. There is also a spacious dining area with table and chairs, not forgeting the Covered Pool Dining Area South Facing KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances microwave, dishwasher, electric cooking range, fridge freezer and all the utensils you could ever want, should you decide to cook. There is separate laundry room to the rear of the garage, which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. BEDROOMS The 2 master bedrooms are spacious and offer en-suite bathrooms, mirrored vanity cabinets, walk in wardrobes, cable TV & Dish Network and a clock radio. The other bedrooms all with T.v's offer a queen bed and the other two bedrooms offer 2x2 twin beds, the Disney room being perfect for the kids as it is bright and airy, with pictures giving a real Disney feel. Ceiling FAN'S IN ALL ROOMS + A/C The main bathroom offers a vanity unit, shower and bath with separate WC. Just in case the soffas are spare beds that can take a further 4 people should you require. In the evening sit by the South Facing, unover-looked,Heated Pool with a glass of wine and watch the Floridian sun set or simply laze around the villa...after all you are on vacation! The pool has steps to gain access and a depth of 6 ft at the deep end, it looks wonderful when lit up at night. There is also a gas bar-B-que ready for you to use if you want to eat al fresco. Orlando is bursting at the seams with attractions and entertainment, Disney and Seaworld are only minutes away from the villa. If the sun is shining and the weather is hot, put on your sunhat, jump in the car and head for the beach(1hr). If thats a little too far, spend the afternoon lazing by the pool, read a book and watch the children splashing around! For your safety and peace of mind all the exits to the pool are to be alarmed...so no one can escape without someone knowing!
