| Our lovely 4 bedroom villa is fully air-conditioned and features a private heated pool (with amazing coloured lighting) & jacuzzi/spa surrounded by an extended pool deck. The pool area is fully screened and furnished with loungers and chairs for your comfort. Inside, our master bedroom features a king-sized bed Cable TV and VCR ensuite with roman tub bath, large walk-in shower, his/hers washbasins and hairdryer. We also have a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with both bath and shower. All have Cable TV. The Disney Themed Twin bedroom features Mickey Mouse& Friends with lots of Disney features includes spectacular Mouse Ears wrought iron beds. This room also has Cable TV, VCR & Playstation 2 with DVD and a selection of games. In the lounge we have Cable TV and VCR and for your convenience a telephone with free local calls (including Disney numbers). There is a lovely dining area overlooking the pool and breakfast table & chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice-maker, washer, dryer, iron & board. It has a large pantry and plenty of storage space. Everything is included - all cooking/eating utensils and all linens and towels. The back door leads to the Games Room with pool table & Foosball. Outside we have a nice corner plot which is on the edge of the community so very private. For your safety the villa features a monitored alarm system and smoke detectors. It also has alarms on the doors to the pool to protect small children. Childrens Equipment FREE - no extra charge: Cot, High-Chair, Stroller The villa is in the community of Esprit - which is 12 minutes west of Disney. In a few minutes you can be on the I4 aswell which takes you up to Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Esprit community has a large communal pool and cabana, tennis and basketball courts aswell as its own par 54 executive golf course. There is a fishing boardwalk and boat ramp to Lake Davenport - a beautiful conservation area. Fishing licenses are available locally. A bank, gas station, mini mart, Subway and small shopping plaza are available by the entrance. Larger stores - Publix and Winn Dixie both within two minutes. For those wishing to keep in touch by email the nearby Public library offers guests up to 30 minutes free internet access per day. |
