After this free period, our advertising charges will be as follows:

Advertising your Florida Property online is simple, straightforward and instantaneous. As you can see from our pricing structure it is also very cost effective. We welcome individuals who wish to sell or rent their Florida Property or Real Estate Agents who would like to advertise multiple Florida Properties for sale and rent.

The first stage in the process is to signup by entering your name, address and contact details. If you are a company and you enter your company name this will be displayed on your property advertisement rather than your personal name.

You must remember the username and password you enter as these will be required to access your control panel. Please note that cookies must be enabled on your computer for your login to work. If they are not already enabled you can adjust the privacy settings via your Internet options on your computers control panel.

Once you have signed up you have access to your own control panel. Here you can enter your Florida property details and upload your photographs, full instructions on how to do this are located underneath your control panel.

The last stage to make your property "live" is to pay for your advert. This is done by clicking on advert payment where you will be redirected to the WorldPay site which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland. Once you have made payment you are issued with a "Property Credit" which you allocate against your property by again clicking on advert payment, your property is then live on the site.

If you have multiple Florida Properties or Florida Businesses you can unapply the credit and reapply against another property. For example if you had a property which has been sold or is fully booked you can unapply the credit and add another property which you can then apply the credit against the new property.

1. FloridaPropertyPortal.com reserves the right to alter or amend any advertisement submitted by advertisers.
2. FloridaPropertyPortal.com cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the advertiser for any reason whatsoever.
3. FloridaPropertyPortal.com accepts no responsibility of any nature for the content of the advertisement.
4. FloridaPropertyPortal.com reserves the right to delete any advertisement it considers abusive,offensive or misleading. No refunds will be given.
5. All prices for Property Rentals and Sales are in Euros with a currency converter to UK Sterling conversion for guidance only.
6. Any photographs or material sent to be placed manually into our database will be destroyed afterwards unless a stamped addressed envelope is provided.
7. FloridaPropertyPortal.com does not warrant that the operation of the FloridaPropertyPortal.com site will be uninterrupted or error free. In this case FloridaPropertyPortal.com will not be responsible for any damages to the advertiser including loss of profit or indirect damages.
8. Advertisers are entirely responsible for all content and postings to FloridaPropertyPortal.com and indemnify FloridaPropertyPortal.com against any costs incurred relating to the content of advertisements. 
9. FloridaPropertyPortal.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright law resulting from material supplied by advertisers. The advertiser warrants that he /she / company is / are the owner of the copyright and indemnifies FloridaPropertyPortal.com against any action brought for breach of copyright.
10. FloridaPropertyPortal.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for inclusion in its database.
11. All advertisements are on a 12 month basis. If an advertiser decides to remove their property from the database within this period no refunds will be given.
12. Payment is normally via World Pay using a credit or debit card. However if an advertiser should wish to they may send a cheque for the cost of the advertisement. Normally all cheques should be in pounds sterling, however if the advertiser wishes to they may send a cheque in Euro's but FloridaPropertyPortal.com will charge an extra processing fee of 5% to cover additional costs of processing the payment.
